Lincoln Futura

I love full sized Ford cars from the '50s and '60's, but an amazing concept car like the Lincoln Futura is pretty much my ultimate fantasy.

Aside from the fact that this car evolved into the Barris Batmobile a decade or so after it was built, it's an amazing piece of automobile history.

I owned a '64 Mercury for a while, and can definitely see elements of that car taking shape here. The beautiful pearl white paint job is enough to impress me, and what's really cool about the tiny version by Hot Wheels, is that they managed to put the same paint on this 1:64 scale Futura as well.

Hot Wheels apparently has all kinds of different lines running, with varying degrees of quality and amounts of actual metal being used. The Hot Wheels "Boulevard" line is a little more high end, seeing as how they feature rubber wheels and all metal construction.

I don't know that I'd go for any of the other cars in this line so far, but if they did a really iconic classic custom, or a cool concept car every now and then, I'm pretty sure that I'd be interested.
